I’m Dr. Arpitha Velanky, an Organizational Psychologist and Leadership Coach with over 28 years of experience in helping individuals and organizations evolve through purposeful transformation.

My mission is to drive organizational and personal transformation by fostering behavioral change and continuous upskilling—empowering leaders and teams to lead with clarity, empathy, and confidence in an ever-changing world of work. I believe that true leadership goes beyond strategy and execution; it’s about self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence through authenticity and purpose.

Over the past decade, I’ve partnered with diverse organizations across industries—from IT, manufacturing, and healthcare to education and entrepreneurship—designing leadership interventions that enhance collaboration, trust, and performance. My approach integrates psychological insight, behavioral science, and practical business acumen, enabling leaders to unlock their potential and create thriving, people-centric workplaces.

As an Assessor and OD Specialist, I’ve conducted numerous Assessment & Development Centres (ADCs) and facilitated workshops that help organizations identify and strengthen their leadership pipelines. My work is deeply rooted in the belief that when people grow, organizations flourish.

Beyond my professional role, I’m a Rotarian, committed to advancing education, literacy, and women’s empowerment in communities across Telangana—because transformation begins not only within workplaces, but within society itself
